Last year, on 30.03.2023, a children’s home was inaugurated to provide free coaching facilities to poor, destitute, and needy orphan children. The construction work of the children’s home was completed in 4500 square feet with modern facilities at a total estimated cost of Rs. 50 lakh.
Free coaching facility is provided to 40–50 children regularly in the children’s home at Shivdaspura. Free books, copies, stationery, and fees are provided to these students. Additionally, sweaters, kurtas, pajamas, slippers, and shoes are given to these children during summer and winter. Residential facilities are also being provided for these children.
On 25.02.2024, a total of 70 poor widows and helpless women from the Tehsil Chaksu area of Shivdaspura were given digital financial literacy training at the Children’s Home Shivdaspura. During the training, Mrs. Madhu Rathi, In-charge of RKCL Jaipur, visited the children’s home at Shivdaspura and provided training and skill tips to the women.
The Trust also provided financial assistance to needy women from Churu, Barmer, Jodhpur, Alwar, and Jaipur districts of Rajasthan. Books, copies, pencils, and other stationery were provided for the children of these women to support their education.
A total of 100 women were identified in the survey.
In the survey, most of the women were found to be from scheduled castes and other backward classes.
In the year 2023-24, basic training was given to women in Children’s Home Shivdaspura to work in the tailoring and beauty sector.
The trust provides employment to poor, widowed, and needy women of Sanganer, Phagi, Chaksu, tehsil areas in tailoring, beauty parlors, and other works.
A total of 40 students of Shivdaspura (Chaksu) area benefitted from the free coaching facility in Children’s Home Shivdaspura. Out of all the children, five passed in the first division, and 35 passed in the good second division. Founder Chairman of Children’s Home Shivdaspura, Mr. Mohan Lal Kumawat, and the teachers worked hard to bring first-division results for the children. Due to this, all the students achieved either first or second division, with no child failing. We wish them a bright future.
